Enrolment requires organization’s Authorized Person (Signatory) to submit this form. If you are not an authorized person, you can still submit by providing authorized person’s details, and a link will be sent to given email ID. Subsequent step needs to be completed by Authorized Person.
Once your organization enrolment is approved, you will get the access to separate portal, in order to create / manage organization eSign user accounts (for your employees).

Photo should be preferably a passport size photograph
You must face the camera in the photo
The photo should be positioned in a way that the face is covering at least 50% of the photograph
Photo should be in colour
Photo should be taken within the last 6 months
Photo should have no shadows
Photo should be with a plain background
You should have your eyes open in the photograph
You should have a neutral expression
Without any worn electronic devices. Unless you need a hearing device or something similar
You should not wear any accessories like cap, headphones and/or sun glasses
You must not wear eyeglasses except for medical reasons
Make sure the file is not password protected.

Who is an Authorized Signatory?
The Authorized Signatory is the head of the organization unit (OU) associated with the organization to approve the applicants/admin (If KYC is submitted).
They will have access to process (Approve/Reject) the pending KYCs, assign licenses, and manage the organization in their OU.
The Authorized Signatory will have complete access to the Organization portal features, such as Applicant Approval (before CA approval), License Management, Switching OU, Reports etc.
Who is an Admin?
Admin is the role of a facilitator who can enrol themselves initially and add other users in their organization (either bulk upload/one-by-one) to complete the KYC.
Admin will have access to create Authorized Signatories and Organization Users. Also, they can manage the Organization's Units and Reports.
Admin can complete their KYC as an applicant (if they wish to). Same needs to be approved by the Authorized signatory.
Admin will not have the option to approve the applications.
Admin will not have Authorized Signatory (AS) permissions. They may have to enrol as an AS again.
